Life is a balancing act and its filled with chaos and insanity. We try to handle these things on our own and often feel lonely and overwhelmed. Either you're prideful, scared, unsure, or just feel like what you're facing isn't a counseling matter, but you're struggling. Counseling is for everybody and any issue can be a counseling issue. If it's causing stress, anxiety, depression, a decrease in work/life balance or anything close, it's time to ask for help. If your scales fill tipped and you want to figure out how to realign them, then I'm here for you!

I offer an integrative approach using different evidence-based practices to create a treatment plan unique to your needs. I try to incorporate client interests into the treatment to ensure our time together is both enjoyable and effective. I am always expanding my knowledge to ensure you're receiving the best care.

Let me help you find balance and sanity in this very insane world. No problem is too big or too small. We aren't perfect and that's totally okay. No matter race/ethnicity, religion/spirituality, gender or sexual orientation, I am here for you. Let's get you to where you want to be!

Ryan Martin - LPC

Life is a remarkable journey filled with moments of discovery, connection, and personal growth. Yet even in its beauty, we all encounter challenges—internal struggles, relationship conflicts, and emotional pain that can feel frightening or overwhelming. During these times, having a safe, non‑judgmental, and genuinely empathic space to explore your experiences can make all the difference.

As a therapist, my goal is to offer exactly that kind of space.

I work collaboratively with you to understand your present challenges, clarify your hopes for the future, and create a meaningful, actionable plan to help you move toward the life you want. My approach to mental health counseling is evidence‑based and integrative, drawing from Cognitive‑Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Adlerian Theory. This multi‑theoretical foundation allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I support adults and couples navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or growth, you’ll find a welcoming environment where your experiences are honored and your voice is central. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, deepening self‑understanding, and creating lasting change.

You deserve a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you take that next step.
